With the advent of HD, rates across the industry increased due to larger file sizes and discounted ties were no longer offered. NMD offers one of the best rates in the industry for primary spot delivery and a significant discount for tied spots, making HD delivery affordable.

National Media Delivery typically offers a price from 11% to 57% lower than the closest competitors’ pricing while incorporating additional services which our clients need and are not able to get from other providers.

Dedicated Team

National Media Delivery, Inc. provides concierge asset distribution services that are above and beyond all industry standards. We provide these services based on our clients’ needs, and have developed our resources into an extension of our clients’ traffic departments. Each client has a dedicated team which includes:

CLIENT LEVEL COORDINATOR - This person will be familiar with all aspects of your account, including all advertisers, traffic personnel, etc. You will have email, phone and cell phone contact with your Coordinator.

ASSISTANT COORDINATOR(S) - Each major advertiser will have a dedicated Assistant Coordinator who is knowledgeable about all details of the handling of that subaccount. You will have full contact with them as well.

CLIENT / ADVERTISER SPECIFIC EMAILS AND FAX NUMBERS - National Media Delivery uses emails specific to each Client or Advertiser as appropriate to handle all traffic and other communication. Additionally, dedicated fax numbers specific to each Client or Advertiser are used to receive confirmations or other communication from stations that prefer this method of contact. GET STARTED

Traffic

National Media Delivery's handling of traffic saves your traffic team hours of work, as well as improving the accuracy of delivery.

  • The client coordinator inputs all traffic for you.
  • Traffic is checked for accuracy, ensuring Spanish spots are not delivered to English stations, or vice versa.
  • National Media Delivery will handle all corrections, revisions, keep ups, etc. as they occur.
  • Confirmations from every station will be obtained.
  • All traffic sheets, traffic emails, and confirmations are available on the Client Portal.

Client Portal

Our Client Portal is intuitive and user friendly. We are consistently integrating new features, and love to hear what our clients want!

  • Asset Library - All spots available at all times, searchable by many parameters.
  • Asset Archiving - All spots with MP4 or MP3 previews available online from the time the spot is recieved for the duration of your relationship with NMD.
  • Multiple Logins - We can set up multiple logins, but also set up Advertiser specific logins so your clients can access their assets.
  • All traffic sheets, traffic emails, and confirmations are available also.

Confirmations

Confirmations are an extension of our traffic service, but a very important one. Yes, we really do insist that every station emails us a confirmation which we then attach to the station record in the portal for that traffic delivery. If necessary, we send second and third requests, and follow up with a phone call to ensure we get this.

Expedited confirmations are available on specific deliveries if requested.

This removes a burden from our clients and their traffic coordinators, providing them documentation that spots should be on air. GET STARTED

Quality Control

Quality control is another area in which National Media Delivery goes the extra mile. Rather than just convert the spot and send it to the stations, our quality control team watches every spot, comparing it to the information on the slate AND the creative needs list (if provided), to ensure that the spot actually contains the information it is supposed to. They also check the language (ensuring that Spanish spots are in Spanish, and that the on screen text is in the appropriate language).

In the event of a potential problem, we will email you an MP4 preview so the problem can be resolved before delivery. GET STARTED

Asset Distribution

National Media Delivery delivers spots to stations in the format and via the method they prefer. Whether it be a download link with their specific spots, uploading them to their FTP, or uploading them directly to their transcoding system.

This ensures that spots are found easily by the stations, making certain that they are "On Air, On Time". GET STARTED
